Tania Lefevre Hernández has served as the Academic Advisor at the University of Iowa College of Law since August 2021. She's been working with college students since 2013, when she traded courtrooms for classrooms to pursue a career in Education. Before coming to Iowa Law, she worked as a Civil Rights Specialist at the Iowa Civil Rights Commission.

Tania has studied and holds several degrees from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez, and the University of Iowa, Iowa City. While in her bachelor's degree, she studied as an exchange student at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
