As general counsel, she will have general supervision of the Bank’s Legal Department. As corporate secretary, she will work closely with the Bank’s board of directors and advisory council members.

Previously, Bethel served as senior vice president and enterprise shared services counsel at United Services Automobile Association (USAA). Prior to joining USAA in 2011, she served in legal counsel roles at several organizations, including Jackson Lewis PC, Blockbuster, Inc., Office Depot and Frito-Lay, Inc.
