This award is given to a full-time higher education/student affairs professional who has brought a wealth of current and relevant real-world experience into the classroom that has uniquely benefitted the educational experience. Dr. Barker was nominated for her scholarship in area of higher education law & adjunct teaching of higher education law at Eastern Michigan University & the University of Iowa.
