Professor Len Sandler recently published a peer-reviewed article in a medical journal called Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology. The article, co-authored with others, is entitled “Developing an Inclusive and Welcoming LGBTQ Clinic.” It highlights the contributions law students in our Rainbow Health Clinic make in supporting the University’s LGBTQ-inclusive, multidisciplinary health care model. Under Professor Sandler's guidance Clinic Law students produced the “Iowa Guide to Changing Legal Identity Documents,” which is one of many legal resources and services they furnish to LGBTQ individuals and advocates.
