Mindfulness Workshop

A collaboration between the University Counseling Service at the College of Law and Student Wellness, this six-week workshop will follow the evidence-based curriculum developed by the Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults (formerly known as Koru). In this workshop, law students will learn how to use mindfulness to manage stress and increase productivity. The first four weeks will be dedicated to following the curriculum and learning about mindfulness; the last two weeks will allow for further reflection and discussion of specific applications to law school.
